Pricing

The pricing of the services we offer differs depending on what category of work you are undertaking, whether this falls under Category A, Category B or Category C.

Category A

Normally work which falls into this category costs approximately £395+VAT. This covers validation review, recommendations and revalidation. We can also assist with document provision should you require this.

Category B

Normally work which falls into this category costs approximately £695+VAT. This covers validation review, recommendations and revalidation. We can also assist with document provision should you require this.

Category C

This has complex requirements and depends on building use, type and size. Due to the variety of work that may be required we will assess your individual situation and provide you with an estimate.
